This is where Alex took me for Dinner on my birthday. The Lock Cha Tea House is in Hong Kong park, it is attached to a tea ware museum which we haven't been to yet. It is a vegetarian dim sum restaurant. Dim sum is a selection of light dishes that are to be served with tea. There is a really good description on all the tea types, how long the should be brewed, what they are good for and how long they have been fermented. There was green tea, red, white, lightish green, and black. One of them, I think the black one, was really expensive. Some of them costing $900! It was really tasty and a lovely experience. Alex had a really smokey tea and the lady who served us taught him the process of making and pouring it and I have a flower tea which prepared itself. Once the water hit the flower it slowly opened and diffused. It was really pretty!
